On a more serious note... a good start it looks a little cluttered, uncohesive.

A lot of parts of the characters are dark, so on a dark background they look a bit too muddy.

The bits where you've cut look strange. Where's Aly's other ear, Ele's horns, why is Yolana's head flat?

The text looks thrown on as an afterthought in wherever it'd fit - it'd look better if the names were lined up to the portraits with some consistency.

MSPaint's JPG compression algorithm is terrible and creates terrible pictures. It washes out colours, jags up edges and gives a lot of artefacts. I can give you a copy of Photoshop if you want, it's worth having if for nothing but saving pictures in much increased quality but reduced size.

MSPaint's a decent tool for simple image manipulation - it's great for drag/drop select and move etc, and more intuitive than Photoshop for the simple tasks which don't need buggering about with layers. If you do do it that way though you're best off then saving as a high-quality .bmp so as to not lose any image information, then open in Photoshop and save as .jpg.

I would like a copy of photoshop though, if only to be able to play around with this "layers" thing I've heard so much about.
