So, who the heck is this Alyviel person?
Anyone who's listened to the NaPo ... thingy whatever it was called. The National Podcasting Month thingy that Medros did with All Things Azeroth, you might remember me from the episodes on Engineering and levelling. Yes, I was the English chick.
I'm 23 and I live in the North West of England. I have a bachelor's degree in creative writing, and right now I'm sort of between jobs and deciding what I want to do with my life. I also play far too much World of Warcraft.
I'm also incredibly sarcastic, I speak my mind, and some people would probably call me some quite nasty names. I was pondering the idea of starting a blog over the last few days, so that I'd have somewhere to write down my random observations and comments where I wouldn't have to keep telling lots of people over and over. So then I thought of a name and went and asked Medros about it. With my complete lack of knowledge of anything website related, the fact that he can set up this thing for me and go, "Okay, all you have to do is pick pretty colours and write stuff," is a big help.
So, I should probably introduce my in-game selves as well. This will be fairly brief, because I need to go and farm for primals with a friend so I can get a shiny new gun for my warrior.
Alyviel - My first 60 and my first 70. Alyviel is a night elf hunter with a white lion. These days, she's pretty much been stuck as a farming character. She can do decent damage but is by no means up at the top of our guild. She's a 375 engineer and 372 enchanter.
Eledith - My tree. Eledith is a restoration druid and apart from levelling to 54 feral, has always been a healer. She's my best-geared character, being in mostly purples. She has her T4 gloves and she has her chestpiece from a random Magtheridon semi-PUG that I did. Now that was an experience. Ele is a 375 jewelcrafter and miner.
Yolana - My newest 70 (warrior). I got her to 70 a few days ago and I'm in the process of gearing her up. I levelled her as arms, and now she's protection. I'm aiming to try and get her OTing and then MTing in Karazhan soon. Yol is a 375 miner as well, and a 350-odd blacksmith.
I also have a 63 warlock and a 48 rogue, but they're currently on the shelf.
I'm one of the raid officer for our guild, and I run or co-run Kara raids, roughly once a week. It brings me an incredible amount of frustration, but I love it.
