So apparently when my FTP client said it has uploaded successfully, it had meant 2 minutes worth was done without a hitch. The problem has been corrected. If you use iTunes, delete the old entry, then unsubscribe and resubscribe to the podcast for the proper version. I may push it as a new entry, but until I can do that, or decide whether it is necessary, this will have to do.
