How to win at jousting (Cliff Notes version)

Okay, so I wish I came up with this myself, but I didn't. Anyway, the Argent Tournament is upon us, and during last night's recording of episode #110 Medros was lamenting that he was hard pressed to win the jousting dailies. Aside from having a friend help DPS your opponent down, here's something you can try (courtesy of Wowhead):

*Equip your lance and mount your horse. Ride up to your chosen opponent and stack your defense debuff 3 times.
*Engage the opponent in MELEE combat. Stay at close range and refresh your defense when you need to. Defense shares a cooldown with your ranged abilities, but not melee.
*Eventually your opponent will try to get some distance from you to do a ranged attack. As soon as s/he is far enough away, charge their rear. Do NOT wait for them to turn around!
*After the charge, immediately return to melee range and refresh your defense if you need to.
*Rinse and repeat until you WIN!
